We only source the best ingredients for all of our recipes at Genius Bar. This is our promise. For our meat broths, we use the bones from real animals raised on local farms in Thailand, free from hormones and antibiotics.
No additives, no preservatives, no concentrates or antibiotics, no shortcuts.
we’re big on veggies too
All of our broth recipes have fresh whole-cut organic vegetables added to enhance the flavor and for added vitamins, minerals and nutrients. These include organic carrots, organic Thai celery, and organic sweet onions. We also add some traditional seasonings like black peppercorns and natural sea salt. For our vegan and vegetarian friends, we made a powerful Mushroom Elixir broth that’s made separate from our meat broths, and includes four types of organic home grown mushrooms; lion’s mane, cordyceps, agaricus and oyster mushrooms – all 100% organic.
most bang for your buck
Even with the highest-grade ingredients, we don’t skimp on the quantity that we put in the pot. The ratio of ingredients to water is close to 1:1 so that our broths are packed with as much nutrients as possible.
it takes patience
Every batch of our broth is slowly simmered for up to 12-18 hours (the sweet spot). This lengthy cooking process allows us to extract the most nutrients and flavor from each ingredient.
we have a farm
We have a farm in Wang Nam Khiao, a region three hours away from Bangkok that’s renowned for its superior air and soil quality. Here, all of the vegetables used for our broths are organically grown. All of the preparation and brewing happens on the farm because of the quality of the atmosphere, and because it’s smogless!
