With the world becoming more connected than ever, leaders are working harder than ever to make a difference. But it isn’t easy to navigate the changing landscape and chart a course toward progress. That’s why the U.S. Chamber created the Global Summit to bring together political, business and thought leaders who are pushing for better for everyone.

At this year’s summit, you’ll discover how to move past partisanship to address the challenges facing our nation and the globe. You’ll hear from visionary CEOs and thought leaders like Jim Collins, Condoleezza Rice and Simon Sinek. And you’ll join a community that cares as much as you do—educators, entrepreneurs, innovators, nonprofit leaders and more.

From addressing climate change to strengthening national security, this summit is where the best and brightest will meet to shape the future.

During the nearly two-week meeting, it is expected that the world will take its first stocktake of progress towards achievng the Paris Agreement goals by 2030. And the oil and gas sector will be under pressure to deliver on its promise to reduce methane emissions from fossil fuel operations, which account for one-third of global warming.

With more than 48 districts-spanning five global regions-participating, the GIID Global Summit offered curated opportunities for meaningful connection among district leaders. Attendees took part in dynamic plenaries and workshops focused on district-specific strategies for advancing innovation, including impact indicators, how to build R&D strengths and revenue models, as well as strategic networking sessions that leveraged the power of peer connections.
